  1. Mighk. Read carefully. It isn't exactly what Chip said. In reality, EVEN IF you agree with his right to excercise that right, but the tyranny of others prevents us from exercising it, we all lose, and doubly so if the loss is by executive action or judicial, rather than legislative. While I may not agree with legislatures restricting cyclist rights, THAT is far preferable to courts or the police restricting same without regard to the actions of the representatives of you and I...
