The city of Ennis has informed me that they are going to move ahead and prosecute me for the March 2010 arrest.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place on February 24. So far the charge remains "Failure to Keep Right". I anticipate the charge to be changed before too long.

Is this a separate charge than the one you are appealing? You must be an horrible threat to society to have them spend so much time and money prosecuting you. Things must really be slow for them, or you really pissed off someone in the upper echelon for them to have this kind of vendetta. Good luck to you.
